I hear some people say you shouldn’t sleep until you achieve your goals.

One of the major causes of stress that people don’t realise is not eating well.

When you don’t eat well, you won’t have enough strength to do your work efficiently.

Make sure you eat well so that you can have the capacity to do your work efficiently.

Sime people don’t like eating because they don’t have appetite to eat, if you are in a situation like that, I will advise you to and see a doctor.

Say no when necessary

You don’t need to say yes to everyone or every work thrown at you

People naturally like pushing their work on others to help them do it. Don’t be that person everyone pushes their job on.

Learn to say no when you have more important things to attend to.

People might not like it when you say no but your body likes it because it is good for your health.

I’m not saying you should say no all the time tasks are given to you. I’m saying you should say no to tasks that are not meant for you.
