How to Find Your Inner Strength When You’re Feeling Weak: 5 Proven Strategies

Spread the love

Sometimes we get weak and tired to move on in life. The truth is that it is natural for humans to get tired.

Most people get tired daily after they have had a long day at work. I haven’t seen any normal person who will work for seven consecutive days without getting tired.

You can also try to run for about two hours non-stop and you will see that you will get tired before you finish. This is to buttress my point that it is normal for everyone to get tired.

This is also applicable to our lives, you might have started the year with so much energy and vigour, but as you get past mid-year you are already feeling tired and weak, and you feel like quitting or giving up. That’s a natural way to feel.

So, should you quit whenever you feel tired or weak?

The answer is No. You Shouldn’t quit when you feel tired because that is most likely the time to get a reward for your work.

Read the story below on why you shouldn’t quit even when you are tired.

Once upon a time, there was a man named John who was digging for gold in the California Gold Rush. He had been digging for months, but he had yet to find anything. The work was hard and tiring, and John was starting to lose hope.

One day, John was digging in a particularly difficult spot. He had been working for hours, but he was no closer to finding gold than he was before. He was starting to feel exhausted and discouraged.

“I’m going to quit,” John said to himself. “This is too hard. I’m never going to find gold.”

John put down his pick and shovel and started to walk away. But as he was walking, he stopped and looked back at the hole he had dug. He had dug so deep, and he was so close to the bottom.

“Maybe I should give it one more try,” John thought.

John picked up his pick and shovel and started digging again. He dug for hours, and his arms and back ached. But he didn’t give up.

Finally, John hit something hard. He dug away the dirt, and his eyes widened in disbelief. He had found gold!

John was overjoyed. He had finally found what he had been searching for all this time. But he also realized that he had been on the verge of giving up just before he found it.

John’s story is a reminder that we should never give up on our dreams, no matter how difficult things may seem. We may be just a few steps away from achieving our goals, even when it feels like we’re nowhere close.

The moral of the story is to persevere, even when things are tough. You may be closer to your goal than you think.

I will be showing you how I always get strengthened whenever I feel like giving up.

My secret can be found in the Bible (Isaiah 40: 29 -31)

29 He gives power to the weak,
And to those who have no might He increases strength.
30 Even the youths shall faint and be weary,
And the young men shall utterly fall,
31 But those who wait on the Lord
Shall renew their strength;
They shall mount up with wings like eagles,
They shall run and not be weary,
They shall walk and not faint.

Isaiah 40: 29 – 30
